Vision:

The Kendriya Vidyalayas have a four - fold mission, viz.,

To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government including Defence and Para-military personnel by providing a common programme of education ;
To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education;
To initiate and promote experimentation and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) etc. and
To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of "Indianness" among children.

Applications invited for Contractual teachers for 2011-12:

i) Computer Teachers:-(BE/B.Tech./BCA/MCA or equivalent).
Spoken English:-(PG or equivalent Degree with Eng.)
Tae Quando.
Language teacher :-German/ French/ Japanese.

For leave vacancy:-

Trained Graduate Teachers: -Hindi, English, Maths, Sanskrit, Science and Social Science with 50% aggregate at graduation/Post graduation level
Primary Teachers:-Intermediate with 2 years certificates of basic training course recognized by NCET.

1. On 6th Aug 2011, Engineers from the institution of Fire Engineers visited our school and gave a demonstration on fire safety. They acquainted the students with different categories of fire, fire safety equipment and its use and the norms of fire safety. This was followed by an interactive session in which students put their queries related to burns and situations of fire breaking out in school or at home. 2. श्रावण मास की पूणिमा को संस्कृत दिवस मनाया जाता है । इस उपलक्ष्य में हमारे विद्यालय में ११ अगस्त २०११ को कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कक्षा ८ सी के चन्दन ने संस्कृत भाषा के महत्त्व पर प्रकाश डाला । आज के संदर्ग में संकृत भाषा की आवश्यकता इस विषय पर ६ बी के बच्चो ने अपने विचार रखें । ७ सी के बच्चो ने त्रिवर्ण ध्वज पर आधारित एक लघु नाटिका प्रस्तुत की । अंत में कक्षा ८ की छात्रों द्वारा शलोक वचन प्रस्तुत किया गया ।
